1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kkbd game platform and all related services. No person may use our services without reading and fully agreeing to these Terms.

3 Account Management

The user is personally responsible for all activity on their account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a technical fault on kkbd game's part.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

3.3 Account Inactivity

Each promotion has its own terms — wagering rate, validity period, and eligible games. The general rules for using bonuses are:

• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless stated in the promotion's terms.
• A maximum single-bet limit may apply to bets placed with bonus balance.
• If misuse of promotions or deliberate bonus hunting is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The deadline for meeting bonus terms will be stated in the respective promotion notice.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The kkbd game VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week. Example: if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not completed due to a technical issue, the deposited amount will be returned to the balance.

6.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet limit is set for each game or market, which will be shown in the game interface. kkbd game reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Result Settlement

For sports betting, results will be settled based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. Casino game results are determined by the game software's RNG (Random Number Generator). If any result is disputed, the decision of kkbd game's authority shall be final.

6.4 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sports event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with kkbd game's policy. Generally, if play does not resume within 48 hours, bets are considered void and funds are returned.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbd game platform:

• Use of betting bots or automated software
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence betting results through improper means
• Unauthorised access to another member's account

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently cancelled and the associated balance will be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

12 Account Cancellation and Closure

12.3 Balance After Cancellation
